PROGRAM OUTLINE:

Feng Shui: Definition, History
As we look into the history of buildings from ancient cultures, we will discover that buildings were not randomly built -  there was an understanding of the building’s relationship to nature, it’s purpose, and it’s service for it’s inhabitants.
Today, we are learning more about these building arts such as Feng Shui, Vastu Shastra, Wabi Sabi, and Sacred Architecture.   Each of these has subtle differences, but underlying concepts are the same.
For years, feng shui masters created and “set” homes to the very fine astrology and elements of the residents.  Gone are the days of family estates passed from one generation to another.  Today, people travel, relocate, and move at a pace never before experienced in the world.    The best ideal is to build and create homes that are grounded in strong feng shui principles, such as form, shape, chi flow....  As people move into these foundations, they can fine tune their surrounding to their present and everchanging intentions and needs.
